Elliott Bay Brewing Co. takes a progressive approach to create elevated pub fare in our scratch kitchens. Our food philosophy is to offer consistently good, accessible food with a unique take on classic pub fare that is delicious, comforting and allows our customers to relax and reconnect over a shared meal.
We source high quality ingredients such as french fried potatoes from Quincy, natural angus beef from Eastern Washington that is humanely raised in low-stress environments without hormones and antibiotics, and Husky Deli ice cream from West Seattle made from stout wort. We source local products when available and use our spent grain in our burger buns. We use our house-brewed organic and seasonal beers in our soups, chilis and many other items in our pubs.
In addition to our core menu we design monthly pairing specials in all three pubs, Brewer’s dinners, have special event spaces in Burien and Lake City, platters to-go, house-made desserts, happy hour menus and a lauded kid’s menu with lots of options for little pub goers.
We believe in promoting our chefs from within, offering a balanced workplace that promotes a good quality of life for our team and rewards hard work.
