How do I join Pub Points?
Sign up with your phone number and you can start earning right away. Or if you’re more tech friendly, download the Elliott Bay Brewing app.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 Pub Point for every dollar you spend with us, before tax and gratuity.
Where can I use my points?
Pub Points can be used at all pubs: West Seattle, Burien, and Lake City.
What can I redeem points for?
You can redeem points for cash or for items on the Rewards Menu. That’s 200 points for $10, or either hoodie at 500 points.

Tell your server you want to redeem. They can look up your account with your phone number or name. That’s 200 points for $10, or either hoodie at 500 points.
Do I get anything for signing up?
Yes! New members get 50 Pub Points on us after signing up.
How does the birthday gift work?
You get $10 in your birthday month. Use it on a dessert, or on anything else you’d like. Tell your server. It’s separate from your Pub Points.
How do I check my points?
The easiest way is this link. You can also use the Elliott Bay app or the Toast Now app. Or have your server look it up for you with your phone number or name.
What if I forget my number or get a new phone?
One account works at all three pubs. Use the same phone number at West Seattle, Burien, and Lake City. If you forget it, your server can look you up by name. If you get a new phone number, let us know and we’ll update your account.
Do points expire?
Nope!
Can I earn points when ordering online?
Yes. Use the same phone number connected to your Pub Points account. Or use the same credit card and it will pick up your account automatically.
When do you run double points?
We run double or triple points when new specials drop. We also run them for our birthday and other special occasions. The best way to hear about it is our newsletter.
